Our experience went well until about 3 weeks prior to closing. Our cash to closing amount changed by over $3,000 less than 3 weeks before closing. We also were delayed by one day to close, because of an appraisal issue. We then closed the next day, but had to spend 3.5 hours at the title company because not all documents were ready to be signed, even though we were told that we were clear to close.

Great experience and very responsive. Whenever I had questions all I had to do to get answers was either email or call Brent and Lizzie and they always had answers to any question I had. I like the fact that they would let me know things that where going to be needed before they even came up. Every time I spoke with either Brent or Lizzie they where very friendly.

I am young and this was my first time ever getting a loan or even making a large step for my family. My loan officer Brad literally stepped me through the whole entire process and made it simple for me to understand. No matter what day or time I had a response to any question and concern. He knows the process very well and if your reading this, know that you can trust Brad and his team. They made it happen and I couldn't believe it. Everything went exactly how Brad said it would. Brad and his loan team are dedicated and they actually care. I felt like I was talking to family when working with him. It was an excellent experience that I have never received in my life from any company or service.
Both Hunter and Samantha were extremely helpful and gave me answers to questions quickly. Because of this the whole process seemed to go extremely smooth.

From the time that I first made contact with my loan office (almost 9 months earlier) him and his team were there to answer any questions, provide guidance, and general information, Monday thru Friday and sometimes on Saturdays. This was one of the most hassle free transactions I have ever experienced.

Everyone did a great job of servicing my loan. Although the process is quite stressful and personally I feel like a criminal with all the imposed regulations. It's funny how the banks screw up and everyone else pays the consequence. I'm not sure how anyone person can correct this (it just happens to be the process). I just thought I would put it out here.
