The process was relatively easy and user friendly.
Promise Jackson I believe did all she was capes le of doing on her end. The closing situation should have been moved 1 more day but as I understood it could not be changed. I did not have an Alta in hand before closing. I did not have the opportunity given my time restraints with work to do a final walk through it was not of the best experience. Also I'll add that I asked Mike Harrison about my marrital situation and if it would be a problem he said he didn't think so but then I required her signature which took a month to do. I was not told to bring a cashiers check I was told cash for closing. Although the positive thing about this situation I have a much better understanding how this operates. I would recommend promise loan officer though veterans united required so many pay stubs from me and requested them very last minute

Veterans United has a great staff, starting with the Light House Program all the way to the Pre approval and Lending process. Dan Kelly. Adrienne Smith, Becca Smith, and Josh Schultz were a great group. They answered all my question and also kept me informed.
