First I would like to say that when everyone else told me no, VU said yes. They were very polite and professional. I was told it would take approximately 45 days to close but they had me done in less then 30 days. From the moment we started they treated me like I was the most important person in the world.
After being out of the mortgage game for over 25 ears and knowing that there were probably changes to the process and being apprehensive on what to expect, I must say that VU helped walk me through the process and guided me through the jungle so to speak! Very impressive
