The tutorial videos at each stage was extremely helpful. This is my second home purchase and this time around I was notified along each step of the way. The videos are I would say are highly rated and appreciative.
I would recommend this program to most anybody. The only thing though is that if you're on a time crunch, the paper work takes a while and that's fine but it just isn't convenient at times.
Phone calls should be returned with phone calls and not emails! Loan Officers should realize they work for the customer and are not doing the customer a favor by processing their loan.
