At times the underwriting process could be very monotonous and some steps were unnecessary in my opinion but policies are policies. Direlle cope was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for more from her, Chris Keating was professional and a nice guy But at times could be unresponsive and delayed in communicating actions that were required by me almost until the deadline

Perhaps a basic form outlining everything that is usually needed/required, with a simple check off. It got a bit complicated as we started updating forms, and frustrating at one or two points.Ultimately, the team maintained great communications and fairly impressive response times.
