Worst lender I have ever worked with. The home inspector they hired couldn't inspect an out house. I had my own home inspection and your inspector didn't find anything. I can't believe you people are in business
The document process could be consolidated. They know what documents they are going to need why not ask for all of it in one sitting and have it ready for the next step. Instead they asked for some documents and once it got to the next step they asked for the other documents. This slowed down the process waiting for me to send something after I already sent a set of documents the same day.
I've made over a dozen mortgage loans and this one was by far the best experience.
