A few times procedures needed to be explained better. Requirement of spouses' signature, when she wasn't on the loan or the title. Who was supposed to be responsible for certain expenditures, and the need of certain documents prior, during and after the loan was closed.
Alex and Monica did an outstanding job servicing my loan! I had some peculiarities with my loan circumstances that they took care of right away and made the situation perfect! Thanks to both of them!
Very professional staff that handled the process. Well oiled machine. We loved having a portal to upload all docs. This made it easy & convenient. I would also say the staff was very patient with us. It took us over a year to buy a home and the staff not only put us in touch with a realtor that knows the ins and outs of the VA home buying process, but she was very kind and patient as well.
