Our closing was postponed multiple times and later it was discovered that it only should've been postponed to the final date. If the loan had been more thoroughly reviewed the first time it would have saved us 3 reschedules.
This was by far the easiest process ever!
Amanda was more then helpful at working at getting our loan approved in many with different income scenarios ( at least 6).
Aaron and Maureen were world class during the entire process!!!
They worked with me very close . Really helping me along the way not letting me quit when we hit a bump in the process .
Great job of communicating during the entire process.
great service
Poor communication and yhe closing date being changed multiple times was unacceptable. The lack of attention to detail when it came to paperwork issues and the multiple request for us to send you paper work when we have sent the requested paper work had been sent multiple times.
Outstanding
Their system made the whole process very easy for a new buyer.
My experience with Veterans United Home Loans was outstanding. The employees there are very professional and experienced. They handle my financing with ease and overcame any obstacles. Two thumbs up!!!
Everyone involved was very courteous. They all took an interest in our needs for housing. It did not seem that we were dealing with strangers at all just like family.
Mr. Grant Schneider and Dmitry Choukline provided exception services as I was preparing to purchase my first home. They were valued confidants that had zero issues with breaking down the loan, paperwork requirements, and any overall questions we had about the home buying experience.

From the 1st phone call (while stationed in Germany) to the closing everyone I spoke to were very helpful, answered all my questions and were quick to get me answers if needed.
I think the serviceThe service was very good but I would like to suggest that the informational emails of what to expect be sent out earlier to be better prepared.
