Communication was lacking all the way around with our loan. Tried calling several times with no response but yet they wanted us to jump everything they tried to contact us. Customer service is unsat. They are dealing with veterans and Thierry attention to detail and they kept dropping the ball, asking for the same documents over and over.

Stephanie Snow was great, as far as the underwriters, they made her life difficult because their numbers were wrong on several disclosures without any explanation why. Maybe simple mistakes but they could have been costly in the long run for us. But I would work with Stephanie again because she was professional, understanding, very knowledgeable.
