Bring a first time buyer he took the extra step to ensure I understood the loan process. You are very lucky to have Matt Marstall working for you. I was blown away of his outstanding customer and his very personal service. I can't praise him enough!Also your transportation coordinator Danny Seitz was just as impressive. He was outstanding and informed me what items were missing so they could that process my loan as fast as possible.Both Matt Marstall and Danny Seitz was very honest with all my questions. I really appreciated that. With no prior experience doing a loan I needed straight and honest answers and they gave that to me. In fact with asking other people questions I found they were really really the only ones I could trust. It was great that I knew I could count on. Since I didn't have a realtor working for me I turned to them to verify everything I was told. It was such a blessing I had them In my corner.

I'm all about "personalized customer service" but I didn't get that feeling with VU; 99% of the transaction was done online or over the phone. I understand all about "convenience" but seriously not meeting the people, who are asking personal information from you, until the end of the transaction was nerve-wrecking. We've closed and I still haven't met two of the team's members. If I may make a suggestion: the team involved with the transaction have a meeting with the buyer(s) at least once at the beginning of the transaction.
