Redundant papers fax, over 100 days to close, was told 2 months before first payment, inexperience with reserve retirements, and almost fatal appraisal by someone out of the area.
Well initially on home purchase we had a snag 3 weeks before we closed wherected Veteran's pulled a CAVIARS report and we were a little upset at that because we thought it should have been pulled much sooner but then we were able to clear that up eventually after a few months and purchase the house as it was still available. Then 8 months or so after the purchase Veteran's came back to us because of a rate drop and paid for closing costs for us to lower our rate which was great savings, over $200 a month we thank you and appreciate your service. We will definitely refer you to family or friends who are looking for a VA loan.
Overall Veterans United was awesome, thorough and quick....very impressed...

I chose Veterans United because I thought they were specialist with working with veterans, their special circumstances and the VA. But working with Veterans United proved to be a nightmare. Answering the same questions over and over again, repeatedly providing the same information/documentation...Wondering if anyone one listening to what I was saying... The entire ordeal was frustrating. The only reason I am rating Veterans United as a 2 instead of a on, is because you are the ones who recommended my realtor, Brenda Noffert. Ms. Noffert truly save the day!!!
