The request for documents was ridiculous. The last request came within two hours of my closing, and the document requested required access to a secure computer which was miles away from the closing office.
The owner of this outfit is a lier. They are uncoordinated and disseminate inaccurate and incomplete information.
They were always there when we had questions or concerns.
My Mortgage Coordinator, Tommy Purk, was awesome. He was available to answer any questions. He didn't seem to have a problem with me asking questions. The overall process was best lending experience I could have ever asked for. Veterans United rocks.
