Our Loan coordinator was awful. We were supposed to close 10 days sooner than what day we moved in. Fumbled paperwork was the main cause of this issue. Sending us documents late to review and asking for documents from the builder late caused multiple delays, which ended up costing us more in rate extension fees. We were very upset at the end of this process. But I do think they tried to make it right at the end, which we appreciate greatly.

Awesome group of people to work with all around. I will absolutely recommend them to other veterans buying homes. One thing i would recommend is having everything setup for the spouse to be able log in as well. If it's already possible, the link might get sent to the spouses email as well.
