I think the whole experience was really good and being able to do most of it online was super helpful. Though Mr. Landon could be in touch a little bit better. I understand people are busy but at least call back when you do get called.

My ONLY concern would be the constant request for item already submitted. Not accepting screen shots for some items and not for others is counterproductive
