The overall process was mostly smooth and the staff was helpful but eventually got to the point of having too many people involved. I was fine dealing with Chris and Blair but throwing Alex into the mix did not help and often made matters more confusing for myself and my realtor. It was also poor communication from him and we felt it resulted in our closing date having to be pushed out further than we wanted. Again, Chris was outstanding and I was happy with Blair too.

Our first lender was a nightmare and then our realtor recommended United Veterans and they made the process what it should have been from the beginning, we are now loyal customers to United Veterans and we will not go anywhere else, if you are needing a home loan then you've come to the right place.
I’m glad I used a VA loan instead of a conventional, FHA or physicians loan as my first mortgage loan. The process was seamless and my team explained the fairly complicated process of financing a hike purchase. Will utilize a VA loan again in the future

If you’re a veteran and qualify for a VA loan (especially if you’ve never used one before) these guys at Veterans United are exactly who you need to use. They collectively give you direction and motivation to work towards your ultimate endstate of buying a home within your financial abilities.
