Man, where to begin. Veterans United helped me with every single thing I needed always, no matter what it was. They considered me part of their “VU Family” and even went above and beyond to give special memorable housewarming gifts after closing! Chris, Greg, Joedi and Cooper were all amazing wonderful people who were easy to talk to and know that first time home buying is stressful - the attentiveness and overall quality of work is unmatched, I don’t think I’ll ever recommend another company ever as my wife and I are beyond satisfied with the quality of work!! Thank you for making this process into buying our home beyond easy and I hope all of you are blessed the same way you blessed my family!!

Tom and his team went above and beyond to ensure the home buying process was smooth and without issues for me as a buyer. When it comes to home lenders, I rank VU in the top of the top in every category.

Everything was great I am happy we were able to get me closed and in my first home. The DocuSign set up is very convenient user friendly. I do wish there was a local office but regardless over all experience was great.

Pleased to be a homeowner (so surrealistic). A few small details unattended to, but nothing critical.

Aaron was the best. Told me what I needed and answered all my questions. Chelsea is the best as well. The entire team was phenomenal. Best group to work with when buying a house for the first time. They made the process so easy.

Thank you to the entire team you guys were incredible.

Best team ever. Thank you Kelly and Deb.

I started out with Randy but he wasn't licensed in the state I bought so was transferred several times. Jeff and I worked together for a few days then he was off due to a death. I then got Jared Nice but Knowledge was lacking. I was having a lot of problems so Randy had said if I had problems to call him several weeks later I did that is when I found out Jeff was back so he got back involved After awhile I complained about Jared so Jeff helped I have a book of notes with wrong info at times calls Not returned in a timely manner I also have copies of All calls written emails so if you want me to back up any info I an do so. I was a Loan Officer in TN many years ago and yes Lots have changed but the basic is still there. One of the main things the Service was Not there. I was told I could get home owners insurance myself I wanted to pay it yearly and have a choice if who I was insured. I said that up front wasn't a problem till I was told it would be in my monthly payment. At that time I had paid in full for the first year then I get to closing weeks later and No that can't be done???
Other problem kept getting closing amounts (4) to be exact that all had different amounts. The day before closing I was given a figure so I go to the bank to have amount sent to closing. I wired the amount from the bank as requested for closing.
Wow an hour later was called by the closing company stating that was the Wrong amount, but they did except my check for balance.
No point in going on this was a Long process with Lots of lack of Service. When things settle down I plan on making other arrangements on this loan. All and All it was a Terrible experience. And NO I would never recommend this company to Anyone.
Found out too late but the Veterans Don'T support this group

From start to finish everything was amazing, Nick and his team went above and beyond to make this experience the best. Talking with plenty of people who have bought houses, the jealousy they didn’t have the experience I was having made me happy, I knew I was being taken care of. I will definitely be coming back for all future homes. Along with passing them onto all my vet buddies. Could be happier in my new home.

The whole team was amazing, I honestly couldn't have asked for better. They were constantly ready and willing to answer any questions and help with what ever when ever, and did an amazing job breaking everything down and making everything easy to comprehend

The streamlined To-Do list was my favorite. No question on what's needed. No double effort, no time wasted.

Ryan Chinnis went over and beyond for my wife and I! He was available to answer my texts/calls 24/7 and always had answer! Ryan deserves a RASISE he clearly works hard and seems to really enjoy his profession! He is absolutely fantastic to work with and if you’re a veteran, active, guard reserve and using the VA loan I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend having Ryan on your team!Thank you Steph as well for helping out and keeping the ball rolling for us we really do appreciate it and can’t think you enough!Everyone was so easy and delightful to talk to it actually felt like I was talking to humans! So thank you!

These guys were the best. I was selling a house out of state with another realtor at the same time as buying a house in my current state with Veterans United. I couldn’t have done anything without them and made my whole experience feel effortless. They nipped any stresses in the bud, and came through for me in ways I would never expect. My loan officer Allen was especially unexpected with his kindness and tenacity to make a big difference for me at the end. I am truly grateful for the team that helped me, Allen, Tiana and Jill you made the difference.
