I began my journey to homeownership without a clue, luckily these guys and gals were there every steps of the way. From outstanding customer service to personable interactions and did I mention they have streamlined their process, so you have your own portal that allows you to track the process/progression of your loan? Well, they do, and it's great. Veterans United doesn't just get you pre-approved and tell you to do ABC, they have videos, and articles that further explain each step of the process, detailing what to expect, why this step is necessary what the next step is. Simply put, they bring their a game every time.

Loan process was very easy. Using the app to upload docs was great because I was able to do it on my schedule.

I really enjoyed the process with Veterans United. It was streamlined and the portal and group text made it easy. I am giving a 10 because the everything went much smoother than my previous VA loan with a different lender. The team was personable and did a good job at making the personal connection that can sometimes lack with remote/internet-based services. Our lender and title company did make positive comments about this process.There were a few times near the end that I left messages and didn't receive calls back of at least acknowledgment of receipt. This is a small blip in the process and admittedly there might not have been much to discuss but as a mortgage lending team you all deal with folks in the midst of the most chaotic time in people's lives. Providing peace of mind and helping assure confidence in the process can go a long way especially at the end when things are moving so fast.The process was fantastic - the team was knowledgeable - there were no surprisedThank you for the gift - the girls love the book, and my 4-year-old is sleeping with the dog toy.
