I recommend creating a home checklist to be completed in the beginning stages to let Veteran’s United know what all the house contains (they were unaware that the property contained a pump house for well water which led to the closing date being pushed back a couple of days due to a water quality test needing to be sone before closing. Overall, I had a great first time home buying experience!!
The loan process can be daunting. The team I was assigned to was more than accommodating with my situation and did their best to ensure this process was as simple and painless as possible. I could not have anticipated the amount of care and effort this team would provide and I really feel like this is not just a job but a testament to their commitment to the individuals obtaining loans. This was my second time going through this team and I always felt I had access to ask the questions and the best support through both. The loan team did a great job. The app was super simple to use. Everyone was extremely polite. When they needed something, they add it to your “to-do” list on the app and you can upload it directly to each task. Fantastic experience.
