The whole team was amazing. I never felt like there was an instance of the "left hand not talking to the right hand." I loved how communication was with everyone at the same time, and whoever could answer, would. Everyone was helpful, patient, and so sweet.
Another plus I liked was the set up of the "to do list" on the portal. I loved the clear cut, 'here's what you do' and 'here's what documentation we need'. Instead of it being an open ended document dump and I was supposed to keep track of what needed uploaded/had been uploaded. The simple direct to do list was perfect for my frazzled, dumbified brain.
We started the home buying process and with no experience and the team helped us so much. They guided us each step of the way and made everything so much easier. When my wife's grandmother passed away they treated her with such sympathy they really showed that you become part of the veterans united family. When they say that they really mean it. Thank you all for everything.
They keep me on point and I didn’t have any issue during the process.

I was highly impressed by how easy it was to get my new home financed. Everything is done online. I relocated from South Carolina to Florida and VETERANS UNITED provided me with exceptional service.
I have to give a shout-out to my loan officer. Without her dedication to customer service and compassion for her client's circumstances, I may have missed my closing appointment due to the VA Regional Loan Center. The situation was out of the control of Veterans United but Christina saved the day!
Christina Lee did a fantastic job of getting my loan approved. She is an absolute ROCK STAR! The condo association was approved by the VA about noon the day before closing and Christina expedited my file through the final approval. The closing agent had all the documents (in perfect order) by the close of business that same day and I was able to close on time!
