Overall great experience loan officer and team were very responsive with the correct information which we needed and very patient with all of the task. Veterans United really made it about you and how quickly you wanted to close. All the resources are there, and I am very happy with our experience, including the few bumps in the road. We did have.
As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect but Rob and his team had foresight, which made the process extremely manageable. Also want to shout out Haley who was another instrumental piece in this process. She communicated clearly and regularly to keep us on time. I know a lot happened, for Veteran's United it probably nothing they haven't dealt with, for me... I was a panicked mess half the time, but they really reassured me thar everything was fine and I appreciated that so much. This was my first time buying a house, I was completely clueless..
