My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! Helpful from start to signing. First conversation they gave me a pre approval letter that was good for a year. During the process of house hunting, each address I gave them they calculated what estimated payments would be for me. I appreciated the communication between my agent and lender. Uploading and signing documents was easy. I don't have any complaints.
