I began my journey to homeownership without a clue, luckily these guys and gals were there every steps of the way. From outstanding customer service to personable interactions and did I mention they have streamlined their process, so you have your own portal that allows you to track the process/progression of your loan? Well, they do, and it's great. Veterans United doesn't just get you pre-approved and tell you to do ABC, they have videos, and articles that further explain each step of the process, detailing what to expect, why this step is necessary what the next step is.
