The overall experience was seamleasly smooth. I'd always been intimidated by the idea of purchasing a home but am blessed to have come across Veterans United. ***Disclaimer*** My lovely wife did most of the facilitating because she interacts with people very easily but she is just as happy with the service as I am.
From the very beginning Veterans United was impressive. It started with a simple inquiry online, and within minutes, Lauren called. At that time my wife and I were on a trip, so I gathered some quick info, and explained to Lauren that I would be in touch after our trip. She listened and let me reach out to her once we were back home. Once we got started on the loan process, it could not have gone smoother. Austin and the team were absolutely amazing. All of them were consistently checking in to make sure we were happy with the process and always had the answers to any of my questions. Nikki Cravens‑Howard Was the only person I had an issue with, she was distant and I constantly felt as if I was a bother when dealing with her. She did not respond when needed and passed me off to others again making me feel as though I were not important enough to deal with. Every other team member I dealt with were a 10+.
My personal advice: I had shopped around for a lender for a minute until I decide to go with Veterans United. I am very happy with the choice I made, you will be too. "Thank you, Mr. Kaplan"!
