Everyone that I dealt with during the loan process was amazing and very helpful! This is not my first loan with you guys and if I end up moving again in a few years I’ll still use you guys because of how amazing everyone has been!
My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! The team of people that I got introduced to were FABULOUS!! These people actually listened and when I had issues with the apps found immediate work around to accomplish the goals. They made me comfortable especially cause I have aphasia and still partially paralyzed.so things are a bit harder for me. Sam and his Team of people were genuine, polite, gracious, professional, and at the top of their game.
