My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! Dorian and his team really came through for us. He not only successfully convinced the seller to shift from only accepting a conventional loan to allowing us to go VA, but he was really responsive and personally stayed on our loan closing all the way until the end, something that was helpful because the title agency dropped the ball on the day of closing. Dorian is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work after hours. Can’t recommend more highly.
