Incredible service performed by incredible people. 10 out of 10 all the way. =)

We've gone through the vA loan process before and while it does have its benefits it was a daunting undertaking. VU made all of that go away and was the most simple home buying experience we've gone through. Would definitely recommend

Working with our loan officer, Moya, to secure our first home was smooth because Veterans United employees work tirelessly to lower barriers and make the home buying process fun! They set us up with a phenomenal real estate agent, Alissa, who gave us great advice and found a great home for us.

The VU team we have is amazing. From start to finish of a difficult journey for us. We had plenty of uncertainty around our home sale and the impact that had on our home purchase. The team really helped us through the process and ensured the transaction went smoothly

5 stars to everyone involved in my loan process! James, Torri, Ashley, Lauren, and anyone else I forgot. Thank you, team!!!

Veterans United made my Home Buying Journey an absolute breeze. They made sure everything was in order and done correctly!

I never thought I would ever be able to buy a home. I've had credit issues in the past, but I got those straightened out and improved my choices. Next thing you know I'm able to purchase a home, quite easily I might add. Through Veterans United.

Veterans United has an easy way to apply for a loan and review all the information. The service is very fast. Thanks to Veterans United, our big dream of buying a new house came true. Nick Schuster and his team made the process easier and faster for us. He is a great Loan Officer......

The process can be confusing for those of us who are not well versed on how everything works. It can be very difficult to understand. The only suggestion I would make, because the website with the to do list helps a lot, is to gather all the data first, all the documentation, and then set the closing date 30 days out, just in case there are any issues, or any further documentation is needed. I know it can be unpredictable, but it seems the standard two weeks out just is not enough; therefore it has to be extended over and over again. In order to ensure the process runs smoothly, I think a standard 30 days would be a lot better. I also think that getting all necessary documentation before the process is even initiated would be better as well, thank you.

Experience first-hand why 327,898 homeowners give us a perfect score!

This is our 3rd time working with Veterans United, and hopefully our last, but we have never been disappointed with the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of their TEAM!

We really enjoyed all of the step-by-step process videos. This removed the stress associated with not knowing what to expect next. Thanks again for a very pleasant first-time experience. Our experience was exceptional! Our entire team of loan officers, concierge, and "behind the scenes" personnel made this first experience of purchasing a home very smooth and user-friendly. I would suggest going to the website and watching the video series to gain some perspective on what to expect from each step along the way. Veteran's United has made our family dream of relocating cross-country (from Tacoma, Washington to Ocala, Florida) to return to our pre-military service home come true. We could not be more satisfied!

I really appreciate everybody that was apart of my team including Paul, Melissa the loan officer was great and most of all I appreciate the communication, loyalty and commitment from Veterans United. This organization helped me achieve my long term goals and going forward I will reach out to soldiers or veterans who have or currently served in the Armed forces because I highly recommend this organization.
