Everyone there has done a great job with this process and we are very happy with everything we now have and I would tell everyone I know about how the whole process went for us thanks so much for all the great work

As a new home buyer I know now that it is a very long process to getting approved and finalized for closing , And Veterans United made it possible for our dreams to come true...Thanks again for everything!!

I did have an opportunity to work with a couple of other Veteran and first time home owner programs, and one of them would have even been a little less on my interest, but I would not have traded my experience with Veterans United. My team was amazing, conscientious, on the ball, and so easy to talk to. When I had a question, they reached out immediately, and never left me worried or in question. This is my first, and most likely last time buying a home, as I waited until later in life, and I am so glad that I chose you guys to do that. Thanks Again, Victoria, US Navy Veteran.

When you start a home buying journey it can be very stressful, but working with this group...Wow! You will never find better people to help you! Made my first home purchase a Great One! I cannot say enough about you guys! From the bottom of our Hearts " THANK YOU!

I was not impressed with my experience. I struggled to get in contact with the team. Emails went un answered and the phone always went straight to voice mail. I formation was requested at the end of deadlines several times. The team would not respond to my realitor until several emails were sent. I was very close to the seller walking because of us missing closing expectations. If I wasnt so late in closing I would have went with another lender, but we didnt want to lose the house. This is my fifth house and I never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Communication is key and expectation management is too. I felt like the team was purposely trying to sabotage this process and the excess money spent(we flew to florida for closing that never happened and spent 10 day). We landed Monday morning back in MD at 0830 and I got a notice we were clear to close(we closed on Tuesday). On Tuesday my closing was at 5pm and again we went down to the wire for your team to get the title company the necessary documents so the notary could print the signing documents. I had to scramble to get the funds wired before my banks same day transfer suspense. I spent 26 years in the USAF and I never experienced such anxiety and I spent 6 months in Afghanistan during fighting season. Luckily we were able to close, but the experience was totally tainted and my original love of the house turned sour. The team started off great, but a week before closing they turned into a team that appeared to be over their head. Truly disappointing

The appraiser, Arthur Bryant, was the worst. He is the reason the VA loan has a bad reputation with sellers. Highly suggest that VU never use his services again. He take forever to turn in his report, then he turned in a botched report, that had to be sent back for him to fix it. I had to extend the closing date twice because of him, which cost me more money that I didn't really have. I had to pay an other two weeks of rent, that I wasn't expecting, caused me a great deal of emotional distress. I think I should get my money back, that I had to pay for his fee, because he cost me over $1500 worth of extra expenses. He is just incompetent and I hope nobody else have the misfortune to have him as their appraiser.

The entire process was outstanding and my loan team made things so easy to get done. I would recommend veterans united to any one of my military associates to Utilize in the future.

Would highly recommend!!! CJ Bommarito was outstanding. What he did for me to get to closing working on and off work time was amazing. Will use again in the future. Thanks.

I didn't expect to have a team, let alone a team of dedicated and professional people there with me every step of the way! My dreams of home ownership is now a reality and I would not have been able to make this happen without them!!

Overall very satisfied with the process

I think veterans United should train its people better and hire people that care as much about helping others, as much as they do clocking out on a Friday.
