I had a very straightforward experience with Veterans United and I appreciated their support throughout the process. They introduced me to a quality real estate agent and I was pleased with the level of communication and prompt replies when I had questions. We had one breakdown in communication that was resolved by talking through some mechanisms that I did not understand, and my broker course corrected by over-communicating to my satisfaction so that I was completely comfortable by the time that we reached closing.
