Everything went smoothly. I would only suggest that the underwriting team review all the documents well in advance to catch mistakes or needed information before the two day requirement for closing. That way the closing date doesn't have to be extended.
If you're looking to buy go VETERANS UNITED! They do what they can to make your dream come true! We closed in 33 days! Tim Spears was amazing, highly recommend him. The experience of buying a home through veterans United was fairly simple, and quick! I had the pleasure of working with Tim Spears!
