My entire loan team checked in, helped in literally every way they could, and kept me fully informed of every step. They had someone find interest, electricity, water, trash, and gas services in my area. Offered to find moving services. Found me an amazing realtor that helped find my dream home. Just everything was great from the top dog down. Everyone seemed to want me to have this house as badly as I wanted it.

I would've preferred for the people from VU to make more communication with me. There were to many times where my realtor had to tell me what they said. Basically leaving me in the dark most of the time.
