I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
Buying a home can be stressful, but this team made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Lindsey, my loan officer, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance.
Kelly, my loan coordinator, was amazing as well! She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving, and our closing ended up being moved up, which meant so much to our family.

The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. This was the most seamless loan process I have ever gone through. My loan team delivered on time. Word of advice: complete your To-Do’s as soon as they hit your inbox.
