I thought everyone was beyond helpful going out of their way to help us. I truly thank all of my loan team. My only improvement was there was a little confusion when getting documents sent between me, the realtor, and the va. However thats to be expected we are all in different states different time zones we adapted to it.
We really love Veterans United they did a wonderful job in getting the loan approved in the shortest amount of time. Kudos to Travis Davis who started the process for us. I going to say the process takes a bit but they have been very nice.
I was in a very bad place and did not know where to go or what to do. I saw an advertisement about the Veterans United homeowner program and decided to take a chance. I was greeted by Rusty Burney and this guy was amazing. He helped me through the whole process, even when I was tired of my to-do list his encouragement helps me get through.
