Even though it is a long-drawn-out proposal until closing is complete, don't get frustrated. Veterans United keeps you informed about where everything is at and answers any questions you may have. The entire experience with Veterans United wasn't like a loan officer and loan specialist, it felt like friends helping each other. Look, for us veterans being genuine is huge.
