#2 Your software is just awesome! it was so great to know what you need and where we are in real time.The only thing I wish we could improve is the rate. We qualified for a lower rate at a different institution. Unfortunately, we have not heard from the bank in a timely manner to match the price. It was worth the effort because the loan process with VA United was seamless. Cant praise enough your wonderful system and customer service support. I've had 6 loans in my lifetime, and this one is by far the best!
