I didn't have to do any work other than providing documents once and signing. Everyone worked so hard and dilligant to help us close in a timely manner. We appreciate all their hard work. We've seen some houses we liked and some not so much but everything we saw led us to our forever home. This entire process from a to z had been amazing, it honestly felt like I had a team dedicated to just my family and I. Constant check ins, updates, and even just random "Hi, how was your weekend? How's the family doing?" Honestly, my experience was amazing and I greatly appreciated everything every step of the way and I can only hope that others are as lucky as I was.
