My husband (Tim) and I started working with Veterans United over a year ago when we started prep partying for an out-of-state move. When we had delays in closing due to the seller, Danny helped us with our interest rate lock extension and explained how that affected our situation. Danny and his Veterans United team were always professional, caring, and attentive to our needs as borrowers. I am happy to refer people, because of the excellent service we've experienced. There was some lapse of communication which ultimately put more stress on me than I think was required. Hayley was very informative on the requirements need to complete majority of the process and would seek her again for help. The overall struggle was near the end of the process where I was not being assisted on from the rest of her team. There were moments I could not get a hold of them and left voices mails with not returned call. Again I would like to reiterate that Hayley was professional and above approach with all my concerns. Would ask for Hayley assistance in the future.
