Mickey was fantast, and reliable(give the man a raise!), he was very on top of it for us but the underwriting process wasn't great but maybe that's typical. Got asked same questions several times that we wrote out. And communication could have been better between departments. I will say we did go thru several houses before finding right one so that whole deal is a process within itself. But it the end we got our home so thank you!
We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Also, times and rules have changed and I cannot say enough about how the combination of technology and people made us feel as if VU was with use every step of the day. There was give and take across the board and we are so very happy with our new home, which was purchased as our retirement home, we are grateful and thankful. Will recommend you to anyone who asks. Overall it was a great experience, there were a couple of moments that were a bit confusing but everyone was quick to answer any questions and straighten out any issues i had. Very easy to work with and i really enjoyed the experience!
