I worked with Lance and Kristine through the entire process and they were great. Any questions I had, were explained in great detail and very responsive. They made the process as easy as possible. The mobile app is user-friendly and keeps you up-to-date and on track! I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the ball was dropped more than once for my buyer and even when the team lead took over, the communication was less than satisfactory. The day before and days of closing - we were unable to get any responses from Dylan Schatz nor Lani, the team lead.
