My husband (Tim) and I started working with Veterans United over a year ago when we started prep partying for an out-of-state move. When we had delays in closing due to the seller, Danny helped us with our interest rate lock extension and explained how that affected our situation. Danny and his Veterans United team were always professional, caring, and attentive to our needs as borrowers. I am happy to refer people, because of the excellent service we've experienced. Everyone seemed to know what they needed to do to help, but I’m still confused as to who was doing what. I was consistently getting calls and messages from different people all doing different things so it’s hard to say what was actually needed and what wasn’t. There were times when my questions were going to the wrong person because I just didn’t understand what was going on.
The overall performance of the team was outstanding. The only issue I had was having to submit the same documents multiple times in order to proceed.
Everything Veterans United did was great! Always answered, always replied. Made everything smooth.
