Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology

We really enjoyed all of the step-by-step process videos. This removed the stress associated with not knowing what to expect next. Thanks again for a very pleasant first-time experience.
