Only issue we had was when uploading personal documents it seemed they never saved so we constantly had to upload them for the home purchase
This process could’ve been so much worse. Especially while being overseas trying to get things done. The team did such a great job with helping me along the way with any questions. The day before we were going to close I needed to change my insurance policy for the homeowners insurance. I remember freaking out because I thought this would take forever to get done and we wouldn’t have been about to close at the right time. Or that’s what I thought. I sent in the new information and Sam got it done very quickly. Hands down 10/10 service!
Scott was great as usual. This was my second time using Veterans United. Much has changed since the first time.
