We had an awesome experience buying our first home with Veterans United.
I submitted a request for an estimate on what I qualify for, not expecting anything to come of it. But less than 60 days later I'm in the house of my wife and I's dream. Everything moved as smooth as possible. My designated team was on top of it every step of the way. And the user interface for uploading documents is so straightforward and easy to use. This is my first time buying a house and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Overall, I would not hesitate to use VU again if/when I buy my next house. I was very apprehensive about using a lender that I couldn't physically meet with. The team however, was more available then when I had done my last loan in person. Also, rather than give me reasons why we couldn't do something, the team found ways to make things happen.
Oh boy where to start. Honestly was hesitant to use them. Now am glad I did. Explained to Matthew that we were just starting our look and he didn't push but let us know he was there. Once we said let's do it it was game on. Daily contact was a huge blessing. Do your to-dos people and they will do there part. Amazing job 30 days from bid to close. Matthew and his team were amazing as well as Laura and the Wind River Realty folks. YEEEEHAW.
Try and speak in layman’s terms when sending emails, buyers who don’t do this regularly, especially idiots like me, don’t understand real estate jargon and acronyms. It’s frustrating.
Aaron was absolutely incredible and always helped me with all the questions! Absolutely would recommend him to anyone else who I know who's interested in buying a home. Darien had so much patience in waiting for me and searching through so many homes! He was such an awesome realtor! Definitely would recommend him!! I had a absolutely incredible experience with VA! The online platform for completing documents is very user friendly and the loan staff are quick to respond to all messages.
I would have never thought at 25 I would have a brand new built home with such an amazing family to share it with. Matthew Reehl went above and beyond to make sure the home buying process was as easy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house.
I’m very grateful I went with Veterans United. Purchasing a house is a very big step and I’m I got to experience it with such an amazing team. The whole process was a little less stressful and easier to understand because of everyone that helped me. I’d give everyone a raise if I could. They’ve all earned it. From the excellent professionalism to the simple gestures. My brother in law is the one who introduced me to Veterans United and I hope I get the chance to do the same for another!

Veternans United Home Care and their app helped guide me through the process and were very professional and sincere every time I had a question. Even when I was stressing out about closing, Kyle called and explained every aspect of closing cost. It meant a lot that he called, in the evening, to go over everything and earnestly listened to my concerns.

Devin And Samantha made my home buying process simple and effective. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone who is interested to purchase their home from them. Communication was fast and effective along with their online tools keeping it simple.
The is only two side issues or thoughts.
The first is i wish you all offered a auto financing department. The only thing I need now is a newer auto. Would of loved to had all my loans in one place. Can you all recommend a automotive financial company?
The second is checks where the slowest part of this process. You all made this not so difficult thank you.
