If I call you and say “Hey I’m not happy with so and so’s work, for x reason, could you fix me up with someone new?” Then you call that person and tell them what I said, chew them out, then have them call me, how does that fix my problem? Now said person and myself are both unhappy and working together for the remainder of our house buying. Idk. Seems unprofessional to me.

The TEAM needs to explain the closing process from the beginning. Explain how to pay and methods up front. Overall super happy and very simple process.
