All in all a really good experience. Easy to work with and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The promotional side gets a bit much with email after email softly pushing other services. Good personal touch with the reps though, so if I had to delete a few extra emails, it wasn't the end of the world.
I told Tyler on the phone, I don’t buy homes for a living so this process is confusing at times to me. His team was with me the entire way, always responsive and willing to explain things to keep me informed. I can’t “Thank” them enough!!!

Information was giving to us without a heads up or prior to us. Needing certain things, and when we did receive it, it was always at closing time for them and businesses.

I would never had gotten through this without the best help and people assigned to me like I was a "VIP" and when I needed help they were all welling I did know who the call but it didn't matter who they all helped me more then my own family,
I'm lose for words and can't spell a lot of the ones I want to say or how to say them!
