I only give a 7 due to my first loan officer I was assigned was nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer via phone email or anything. Once we swapped to Beth Fletcher out of Oklahoma we went from 0-10 minutes. But Vetrans United only gets a 7.

Had an exceptional experience particularly with Jake McKay. He was very tentative and quick to address problems or questions we had. What I particularly appreciated was if he didn't know something, he didn't try pulling a fast one. He mentioned he would need a few minutes to get us a for sure answer leaving no room for doubt.
