Lucas and Brendan stayed responsive throughout the process and worked hard to find solutions when an unexpected lease issue almost delayed the transaction.The process definitely became stressful near closing because of underwriting delays and communication gaps, but once the issue was escalated, the team worked quickly to push everything through. They were able to coordinate with underwriting, review additional documentation, and get us to clear-to-close in time.I especially appreciated that they stayed engaged until funding was completed and continued helping with final conditions right up to closing day.Overall, I’m grateful we were able to close successfully and appreciate the effort the team put in to make it happen.
