Extremely accommodating. I needed a certain closing date and this team made sure everything was taken care. They communicated to me what was needed and were always friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend for any veterans who want to buy a home.

It was a nightmare, it seem like veterans united does not have enough people to work..there was no communication or even lack of communication this is my second time and last time ..

We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. Aaron Guinn and his team have just been outstanding the entire time. Started out with "just looking" to buy a house in New Jersey and when that didn't pan out and had to start looking in Florida, Aaron was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and always available to answer any of our questions. When it came down to placing an offer on the house and getting into contract, I don't think I could have done it without him and his awesome team there. Professional and make working with my realtor, title company, and other companies very easy. I hope this is not the last time I get to work with such a great team. Highly recommended!

Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
