From the initial contact to the very end was a good experience. I would HIGHLY recommend any veteran that is thinking of buying a home to go through Veterans United. Everybody involved in the process made sure we had any and all information we needed and made sure we understood every aspect of the process. As far as the real estate agent,we couldn't of asked for a better agent.She was very helpful with getting inspections and appraisals taking care of and everything through out the whole process. We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
