Chris, apart from being a professional with a difference, he and his team are very passionate about their job, especially in seeing every of their customer get the BEST treatment ever. Using a third party to verify our raw undeveloped rural land was extremely frustrating and honestly a joke. I was on hold for over two hours when trying to call back. When I did speak with them there was a language barrier and a struggle to understand due to accent. Unnecessary stress.
There needs to be just one point of contact not a half dozen. My email and phone blew up with different people representing Veterans United and again it just added stress that was needless.
The way that closing is done is highly inefficient. No one could give us an exact number for closing costs. We weee told to send an amount of money and 5 days later received a refund check of almost $700. If there is no way to have accurate closing costs someone should call invent it. That is literally my only complaint. The entire process was so effortless until the last week. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone looking for VA loans
