The communication is terrible. My self, my agent, and the closer all had issues trying to get ahold of anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.
We had a great experience and great resourceful people helping us the entire time. Shane did an outstanding job, keeping us informed at every step in the process.
