I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.
I enjoyed the fact that everyone communicated effectively and in a timely manner and were very patient with me and my situation.
