Veterans United is a very thorough and by the book, that can be very good and bad at the same time. As long as you make sure your ducks are lined up and you have everything in order you should not have any issues closing with this lender.
My only complaint is constantly re-uploading documents I've already provided. Other than that I am happy with the service that has been provided.
