Nathan was great. I do think it is a little over kill when the under writer is asking for the same info but in a different way. I sent 2 years IRS tax transcripts, my tax documents, W2s, and pretty much year to date worth of check stubs. I do contract work so I have a lot of W2s. Nathan and Kayla worked their butts off. They should be recognized for their service to clients and to your organization. Would have received a 10 rating but it was a lot of work. Stressed out to the point where I had thoughts like well if I don’t get the house that’s fine still in the one I own. Not like you need to move you just want something better.
Charles and Carrie were awesome they helped me when I needed it and made it feel like I wasn't even buying a house. We had a little hiccup but they were there to help resolve it.

We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. I love the fact that you have a secure portal to place all of your documents in versus putting it in an email. This is what sets Veterans United apart from the rest. Bryce tried to charge me 17k closing. Then matched a quote i got from another lender for 10k and 4.99 first year. The seller paid 7400 in closing so my closing should of been 4k. With a bate and switch he charged 14k in closing on wet signature day.

Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy!
