Patience is a big deal, simple answers where given and if they didn't know they said it and got the right person with the answer.
When you start the process you have the momentum and you set the pace your loan officer in his team will keep up with the speed that you move. These people are quick they're efficient they're thorough they do same day responses if not immediate and almost always have multiple solutions to any problem you might encounter on the fly. 100% wonderful, and would strongly recommend. They get involved and arms deep in this whole process as if they were buying the home themselves.
We had some ups and downs throughout the process. Some on my end. I’m just thankful that they kept working on things to make everything come together.
I am not a fan of you immediately selling my loan. I will be telling people to find a company that actually wants them to be their costumer. You do not fully communicate as you should.. I should have went with USAA...

I can understand why it was disappointing to see your loan transferred so soon after closing. I know it can feel like you’re being handed off, but please know you’re still very much part of the Veterans United family. Loan transfers are a normal part of how mortgage servicing works, but that doesn’t change how much we value you and your experience with us.
