2nd time working with phil, fast and smooth process.One thing I would recommend is (not on phil, more on overal checklist for the loan process) there being a lock in your rate step. I forgot to do it and honestly don’t know how to do it and my rate went up 4 points 2 days before closing. Not very cash money but I should have caught it and asked about it earlier.
We had no idea what we were doing, but from the first phone call through closing, they were friendly, alert, and always looking out for us. We are so grateful!
