I was failed by a previous lender that allowed my application to expire by a company that claimed to support veterans. My experience did not support that claim. Their incompetence set me back over a month in what is already an extremely stressful situation.Rather than give them another opportunity to let me down, I turned to Veterans United; a company I had previous positive experience with.Ultimately, my loan officer (Jeffrey Ferguson) secured a lower interest rate than the previous lender and we closed in a matter of weeks.
