

From the start I believe there should be a prebuilt checklist on everything you need for the property/home you are purchasing. 1 prebuilt for if it is a house and 1 prebuilt for a manufactured home, and 1 prebuilt checklist for a property you are buying that you plan on building a house on. The constant asking of certain items back to back to back is a hinderance on the buyer or seller, in our situation the seller lives 6hrs away from the property so thankfully she was ok with us being there to get things done for her so she wasn't making multiple trips as everything wasn't asked for up front so she had no idea what was expected of her or us throughout the process. We were also asked multiple times for items that had already been uploaded or sent through an email. For instance, a copy of the insurance policy with the effective date of closing which had already been sent or the loan team emailing the wrong insurance company for policies and we weren't even using that insurance agent. I get that you all work with multiple people, but something as simple as making notes on the account you are working on goes a long way. My process with the first loan was much smoother than it was for this one.


Sheldon, Sarah, and JAndrea, & Joe were FANTABULOUS to work with! I have previously purchased 2 homes with my ex husband throughout our 30 yr career in the Coast Guard; however, this is the first time purchasing one on my own. They answered all of my frantic emails and text messages quickly and without any judgement. They understood my situation having to relocate to another state to care for my mother and finding a home that would suit my mom, my wife, and myself and to stay within budget for our fixed monthly (disability) income. I would recommend the team wholeheartedly.

Dan and his team did excellent work helping me out and getting my loan approved. They were able to get my family into our dream home and were very appreciative of all their work


From start to finish, every step was explained and went very smooth.


The process was fairly painless, purchasing a home is never stress free, with the team I had I nearly was sleepwalking through it.
