To bad this scale only goes to 10 because Adam deserves a 20 at the very least. Every question I had he was able to answer for me and a first te buyer trust me I had a long list of them. He was very prompt in getting us thought the approval phase and once we picked our house closing day came without a worry due to Adam and his team. 100/10 recommended!

It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
I genuinely had the most seamless experience buying my first home and I was honestly shocked at how easy they made the process. Everything from the pre-approval, the portal the document signing everything was explained thoroughly. It was so helpful and so easy and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
