We were a bit upset that after we spent 1 3/4 hours signing all the paperwork with the notary (155 pages), that somebody or some way there was an error in the printing and the title co rejected the entire thing and we would have to redo it! So we spent another 1 3/4 hours with a different notary redoing all the signing! It was extremely inconvenient.
My whole experience throughout the process was outstanding. I felt comfortable with all parties, great communication and follow through throughout the whole process.
So easy, looked up and it was time to close. Thanks!!!!
