Our Veterans United team provided us with "EXCELLENT" service! Primarily for their efficient online application process. For example, we were able to upload many varied loan supporting documents for our application. Secondly, this portal has an easy to-do check list, with features to review our loan documents which enabled us to move forward in a very timely matter. The staff (Tanya Au, Hawaii - Jenny Love, Missouri - Tere'sa Miguel, Missouri) were all fully & professionally engaged in assisting us throughout our loan process efficiently and successfully!

Nick Holman and his entire team constantly went above and beyond for us! We had a very short closing period (that included three major holidays) and our closing was on time and super fast! Nick also attended our closing to help with any questions and to expedite the entire experience. The entire team was always on the same page, fast with responses to questions, and always so kind and helpful (even with our silly questions). They were always just a call, text, or email away.
