I can’t say enough good things about Veterans United and how they helped my family buy our home. We were in a tough spot—renting a house since October, only to lose our landlord in January. Overall, the experience was exceptional, especially doing it over the Internet because I am in the Philippines and I bought the house in South Carolina. That was a big challenge and every challenge was me head on and accomplished very professionally.

The process was smooth and painless. The only complaint I have is a lack of communication on the time line for payoff’s for the previous mortgage and credit card. I need to know this for budgeting purposes.
