It was a great experience. The entire team was wonderful.
It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
The Veterans United team has been first class in professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness through out my first home buying experience. Cannot recommend the team I've got to work with enough.

While I felt underwriting was a bit nit picky at times. (I know they probably get that a lot, but really just doing their job) My overall experience was still good. I love the dashboard that gives updates and opportunity to see where things stand in real time. I also appreciate Brett for taking the opportunity to answer my calls and my questions at anytime. Everyone did their part to get me to the closing table and for that I'm appreciative.
