If there was a number 11 for overall rating, you would of received it!! Neal and Aaron were always available and very knowledgeable. We have already started spreading the word about the great services from Veteran United.
My loan officer was very nice and worked around my schedule, I was really happy he was able to accommodate. The reason it was not a 10/10 is because with your pre approval you don't get any information on your loan rate. Also, the rates are borderline a scam, I understand you need to make money as a business but you forget we fight for freedom to have a business. 6.1% with a 718 in today's market is ridiculous. To be clear the only reason I did not drop you guys is because my loan officer was putting in so much effort.
