Veterans United goes over and above to make sure I aware of everything going and walking me step to step through the process.
Everyone on my team did a fantastic job of making this experience go smooth. Starting a new chapter in my life and I had a lot of questions. The questions were answered in a timely manner. Very professional and outstanding. Very happy with results.
Colin was great throughout the process: he was available, friendly, and kept us updated.
Working with Josh and his team of Tony and Billy was such a satisfying experience. Their knowledge of everything was welcomed. It could not have been an easier process. They were always available with our questions and always had the answer for us. We would recommend United Veterans Home Loans to any veteran and family. We are very grateful and blessed to have had them to help us to purchase our new home and start the next journey in our life!!
Team service was OutStanding, support was given from beginning to end a very pleasant experience...

Experience first-hand why 375,967 homeowners give us a perfect score!
From original loan to the painless refi process with Matt Lucas and his team, I can proudly say they work for the veterans they are serving! Great communication the whole way through! Highly recommend using VU for all your home loan needs!
Sam, Kimmey, and Tre are the best of the best and absolutely outstanding to work with!
I came, I saw, I conquered! VU offers exceptional service and makes home buying for first timers a smoother process. They help you every step of the way and would go beyond to make sure you are ok. Thanks to my loan officer Sam Yoo, Ryan Bogeart and everyone that worked with me through out this process. It was a pleasure and an honor.
I love that you have a team that helps you with every step of the process.
Zach is absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10 experience and communication!
The loan officer and home concierge were awesome in guiding me through the process. The underwriting team has a hard job but also a little understanding and common sense would be helpful when dealing with bank accounts and loans.
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Erica,
I hear what you’re saying, and I’m really sorry your experience left you feeling this way. Buying a home should feel like you have a team in your corner, not like you’re being pushed through a process. When communication breaks down or things feel rushed, it can absolutely come across as though the focus isn’t where it should be.
Our goal is always to guide and support our borrowers, making sure decisions are clear and in your best interest. It’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience, and I appreciate you being candid about it. Feedback like yours matters because it highlights where we need to do better, especially when it comes to communication and making sure you feel confident every step of the way.
If you’re open to it, I’d really like to connect and learn more about what happened so we can take a closer look. You can reach me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and if you reach out outside those hours, we’ll follow up the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
