The whole process was so easy, and they made sure I understood everything along the way. As a first-time home buyer, I was pretty nervous that it was going to be a difficult and confusing process.

VU had a very personalized and local approach to our home loan. They know the area well and are familiar with the laws and policies that a larger lender might miss. Their website and documentation system is very simple. We were informed every step of the way.
