Aaron & his team (Danielle, Theresa, etc) are EXTRAORDINARY!!!! The way they "held my hand" through the process of purchasing my first home is undeniable. The VA process is very intense. Most business days, 2 to as many as 5, response requests were received in my email. And when you believe you are in perfect shape, and received an all-clear, you receive a to-do requesting your previous months bank statement showing ALL SOURCES OF YOUR FUNDS FROM CLOSING. Would have been a keen idea to tell me to move brokerage $$$ in advance instead of jumping through panic hoops!
