My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Overall Veterans United was great, Jackson was super helpful, my wife and I have very busy schedules and Jackson was very accommodating to that and any question we had he always made time to explain it better. Thank you every one. This team was phenomenal and Thank you to Drew and Charles I worked closely with those two during the process and they answered every call. I had and I made well over 20 calls to them. They got my closing done in 25 days to beat my husband deployment greatly appreciate the team pulling over time for me thank you it means a lot I hope you all on my team stay very very blessed. You have a very good team on your hands can’t get much better than that.
Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily. All of my questions were answered and they made the process so very easy. Still don't want to buy another home any time soon, but will definitely use Veterans United Home Loans again!
