This is my second experience working with Ben and his team. Both were outstanding! He was always available to talk when I needed and talked me through parts I didn’t completely understand right away. I’m not sure what it’s like with other loan officers with other companies because I’ve only used Ben and his team at VU, but can’t imagine I’d ever use any else ever again.
Buying a house is extremely complicated, but Chris and his team were able to help me buy a house even under some extreme circumstances. I recommend Chris Holman and his assistant Marina anytime! The people that work at the VA aren’t just working for paychecks. they actually care!
My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Everything happened so fast; I was amazed! Living in one state and buying a house in another was crazy (and my friends thought I was crazy. too), but VU pulled it off like magicians! I thank God for the people involved in my home buying process!

Our loan Officer Weiwei was AMAZING. Got our real-estate agents to actually keep in contact and kept us informed throughout the entire process. ANYTHING we had questions about she got to it IMMEDIATELY, I DONT KNOW HOW'D WE GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS WITHOUT HER. Shout out to Weiwei Doseo 🙌🏿🙌🏿 I'd recommend her to ANYONE going through the process of home buying.

Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily. All of my questions were answered and they made the process so very easy. Still don't want to buy another home any time soon, but will definitely use Veterans United Home Loans again!
Over all my Home Loan Team was awesome. They did the best they could daily. Always getting back to me or my wife when we had questions and giving us feedback, advice, and guidance. They kept us updated as things progressed throughout the home load and buying process.
I would definitely recommend Veterans United, great service and good staffs. The only thing I don't really like they asked for things that don't even make sense. Things that don't even related to the loan in my opinion. There are couple things they are that are redundant. I didn't like the fact that they finished they verify sources of income and employment verify then they issue the pre-approval letter, later it took longer to close because they said "oh your employment history is not cleared yet". Other that, everything else was smooth.
