It had been many years since applying for a home loan but just wanted funds for a garage/shop, and I had been seeing the VU ads and figured I'd give them a try, I think the entire process took about a month and it seemed fairly seamless. At the end I liked that the notary would come to you or meet wherever.
Terry and Bridget were always available when I had a question or needed an answer. Terry was instrumental in working with my realtor that was comfortable and knew much about the VA loan process. Without his help and determination, I might not have been able to get this loan and save a significant amount of dollars. Bridget always kept me up to date during the process regardless of how much I pestered her. Outstanding team to work with!
Everything went great except up to the last minute. When there was a computer problem, but they managed to work around it. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience on purchasing my new home.
