I was pleasantly surprised at the document submission automation at VU which saved me time and cut down on my need to provide what has seemed, in the past, endless copies of bank statements and the like. Be more flexible with the hours. It was difficult at times to get ahold of the team when having questions, although the time differential is understandable.
Mr. Crites was great, and so was his team. He may not have been able to talk on the phone a lot, but he made sure I was in the loop with text messages and emails. He also called back anytime I left a message or texted him. He was very kind and thoughtful with my needs and made sure I received the best deal on my new home.
This company and the people are unbelievable! In today’s social structure where customer service is “taboo” or nonexistent these people go above and beyond. A truly great experience!
