Overall a great experience. Did not enjoy when I was passed off to a the Jack guy. Sense of arrogance and made me hate this process even more. When I asked questions, I was given the same instructions that were in the to do list word for word. Hope to never work with him again.
Veterans United treated me with more respect for who I was and not how much money I had. They treated me as if I really was their only objective for the day, and they made me feel like I really could own my own home.
I rated a 10: very happy with JB, Jaclyn and Madeline (?) as my team. The process to finalize a VA line is daunting! The approval to qualify was pretty simple. The process to finally get across the finish line was almost too much!
Using my VA loan for the first time on buying my first home put a lot of questions in my head, but having the app I was able to have all my questions answered quickly.
