Dalton and Rachael were both outstanding. If you called them, they would always answer the phone, unless they were in a meeting or on the other line. But it would only be a little while before they would return your call. They were very professional, knew all the answers to the questions we had, and very thorough. They even knew things that we didn’t know about United veterans home loan. I would recommend Dalton and I would use them again if we ever bought another home under the VA plan. Jason and Sara were both supper. Did not mind me bothrting them everyday. Had all rhe questions i needed. always got right back to me.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!

Hayden and his entire team have been absolutely incredible! Could not have asked for better! Even my realtor said that she normally doesn’t have a good experience with veterans united but Hayden and his team were great.
