From the first phone call I made to Veterans United, Joe and his team jumped into action on my loan approval and notifying me immediately of approval. VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Aaron Swanner and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with during the whole process. Start to finish. This team would always make themselves available to answer ANY of our questions and explain further if needed. Honestly, very comparable interest rates but what differs them from other lenders is the concierge services they provide such as shopping for homeowners insurance, shopping for home movers, security system and setup plus discounts on other products. Very happy with how everything went with closing. They are super easy to work with.
The entire team helping me was very informative and patient with the thousand questions I had. Was very pleased with how everything unfolded and turned out. Would recommend 100% to any veteran looking to buy a home or refinancing.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Josh is simply the best. He answered every question I had down to smallest numbers on closing docs. His team was locked in and walked us through each step. There is no better team.
I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Aaron Mahon. He truly went above and beyond, and if it had not been for him bailing out Kayla Allison, I would have went a different direction. He did an awesome job keeping us informed and walking us through the process. I wish I could say the same form Kayla but dealing with her was less than enjoyable.
