Evan, our loan officer, was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to take as much time as needed to explain every step of the process in a way that made my wife and I feel confident and informed. He was outstanding! Evan truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. He even took on roles outside his job description and went to bat for us by speaking to other parties involved on our behalf. Richard, our loan coordinator, was equally outstanding. It was mostly a seamless experience. There were a few times when I didn't know who I was talking to because two people were using the same texting app.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Alot of my worries were pretty much gone with VU, any questions I had were answered and I didn’t have to do much on my part except be on time with documents and signing
