If someone is borderline on approval then the appraisal should be held off until approval. People with borderline applications can’t afford to waste money on an appraisal that goes to waste if they’re not approved. During the closing process no one told me what I had to bring. I had to contact the title company to find out they needed a cashiers check. Alex was great. Beth needs to do a better job of acting like she cares. But overall, I know they had to work hard for my approval and they got it.
I would have easily given a 10 but things went a little close to the wire for me at the end.
I would have much preferred that the underwriter request all the info they needed upfront instead of spoon feeding their requests during the entire process right up to 2 days before closing. There were some miss communications concerning closing dates that may have contributed and I am convinced they were on the realtor and closing agents end. Over all I thought Dylan and the entire team performed nearly flawlessly. So yes I would highly recommend..

Crystaline, Jenny and Megan made this experience alot less stressful. They kept me engaged in the process, but never overwhelmed me with things on the "to do list". When I had questions they were always easy to get a hold of. Always professional, extremely knowledgeable and always very friendly and easy to talk to. When we closed the agent from the title company was surprised at how quickly and efficiently the paperwork went. If I move again I'd want Crystaline an her team.
Process was easy, they took care of everything and gave me regular status updates to keep me in the loop.

I have used veterans united for the purchase of two houses. Excellent hands on service from not only my immediate agents (Austin rapp and Colin Vaughn) but I was assigned a concierge and the underwriter was phenomenal!
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
The loan officers were outstanding, the underwriters created unnecessary delays, the concierge did nothing for me
