To say I happy with the service provided by Veterans United would be an understatement. I’m beyond happy at their great service and dedication to ensuring I made it through the loan process all the way to the closing on my home and the follow up after I closed on the home . My Loan officer Chance Hopper was great . His knowledge of the process and his expertise help me to get this far. Also his assistant Chance Schmollenger guided me through the steps when I had a few items with my credit to take care of. I came to Veterans United with a few road bumps with my credit . They didn’t deny my loan, instead they sent me over to their other team members to help me come up with a plan to fix the credit problems I had and a plan to pay the creditors I owed . I understand clearly why they helped me through the process. Because I’d I expected Veteran United to loan me a large sum of money . Then it is only right that I show I can pay the people I owe. To help me with that they have a tool that I feel is a great help. It’s a to do list , that updated with tasks for you to complete. And for me this made me feel like I was apart of the process and helped to reduce my stress of not knowing what was going on. I have told two of my friends about Veteran United and I’m actively trying to get them to experience how well Veteran United takes care of Veterans. All I can say now is thank you and it feels great to have a place to call home .
Josh, Christy and Dez have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Polite, professional, friendly, prompt and available. Additionally they have answered questions for things I would consider "not their problem" which to me is really going above and beyond. During the start of the process Josh did not make me feel rushed or pressured, which I greatly appreciate as that is something that would have made me look elsewhere. I could not ask for a better team or better service. I will absolutely be recommending Veterans United to other Veterans that I know, and This team in particular as well.

Veterans United will be the only mortgage company that I use.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
