Jeff Magsamen and his team did well.The title company that was used did horrible. If not for Jeff's hard work and exceptional customer service I would have cancelled this loan.This situation needs to be investigated so it doesn't happen again.I was clear to close and the title company didn't have and/or needed more tax information? Unacceptable. Within 5mins I provided this information. This caused a delay from a Wednesday close to a Friday close.I asked if they could fund/post the money I was getting back in the morning or as soon as possible since it was Friday. I got excuses of how it depends on VU and my bank. It also felt like they blew me off and did not care what I wanted. I got the deposit close to 3pm.It is now over a week from closing and some bills that were to be paid off are still not paid?I would not use this title company. Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
