There were a few glitches along the way but in the end it all worked out and we have a lovely new home to move into.
Nathan Jackson was great I'm not good with a smartphone and he helped me through it when I called him he would call back quickly made me relax when I got frustrated talked me through the whole process I'm very grateful for all he did for me

Extremely streamlined process. Didn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to begin the home buying process remotely while I was still in training. The app and website make it easy to track and see the process, what has been done and what is remaining. The checklists help see the big picture. The e-signing helps with task completion no matter where I was (as long as there’s an internet connection).
Jake and the team did a fantastic job handling everything, and they were so flexible and polite.

Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
To say that Jared, Tandy, the underwriting team and the rest of Veterans United team exceeded my expectations would be huge understatement. They provided outstanding service and left no stone unturned on process of helping me get the loan approved. I couldn't be more appreciative or grateful for all the work they put I to getting my loan approved.
