Hayden and his entire team have been absolutely incredible! Could not have asked for better! Even my realtor said that she normally doesn’t have a good experience with veterans united but Hayden and his team were great. She actually said she wants to use him and his team every time if possible because of how amazing they have all been to work with!
Matt and his entire team treat you like family and ensure every step of the process you have support!! This is the 2nd home him and his crew have helped me with. Veterans home united made the home buying process very easy & plesant! Would highly recommend
It was ridiculously easy and fast. Everyone on the team was fantastic and helped more than I could have asked for.
As soon as I got transferred over to Ryan's team I was taken care of very quickly. He got my pre qual taken care of within minutes and the rest of the process all the way through signing was just as smooth/easy.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
