There are not enough positive words to say. Tony and his team were the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They kept me up to date if documents were needed, signatures were required or just checking in to see if there were any questions. I was able to contact him any time that was convenient and even weekends. His team continued to check in and I was assigned a concierge that recommended different services, assisted us with questions and even set up a move package to help get services and cable changed over.
Dealing with Tony and his team was stress free and made our application, underwriting and closing extremely simple. Tony's reputation is that of a superstar. Extremely professional and personal. Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
