Extremely streamlined process. Didn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to begin the home buying process remotely while I was still in training. The app and website make it easy to track and see the process, what has been done and what is remaining. The checklists help see the big picture. The e-signing helps with task completion no matter where I was (as long as there’s an internet connection).

Veterans United was the absolute best from beginning to end. Everything was handled so professionally. I really had a first class experience.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Amazing team. Very supportive and experienced. Ms. Stewart and Ms. Derrick were always one step ahead and too care of every one of my questions and needs. Definitely would come back to them and recomend. They are without doubt the best!
