The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.

I would say everyone did the best job we could have imagined. I have two sons who have just recently been honorably discharged from the military. When they get ready to purchase a home, I will point them in the direction of Kenny, Greg, and Veteran's United. They went above and beyond our expectations!

If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had.
