Only issue is had during this adventure was following up on paperwork. I felt if I didnt keep track and stay on top of the paperwork the ball would get dropped. I had a 2 week period waiting to close and during that time I was out of town and was not in touch. We'll low and behold closing day came and they didn't submit paperwork that was completed in more than enough time to not miss close. But when push came to shove the title company and close team figured out how to get us back on track and closed the same day.
I had so much fear going forward with this process, but my fears were addressed with kindness and support.
Mike and his team took the time to always respond quickly to any questions we had and was always willing to give us advice that could help us throughout the home loan process.
