VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. As first time home buyers, they were always available and answered every single question I had with ease - whether it was a simple answer or a breakdown of full explanations. They really helped put me at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a home and using Veterans United.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Ryan kawelaske is the man! Made everything simple. Any questions I had I called him and he always answered. I think I heard the shower running in the background when I called him outside business hours one time. Another time I heard him ask the waitress for more time before he ordered so he could answer my questions. In all seriousness, he’s the best. Made some stressful times easier. 10/10!

I am happy 😁 but it seemed like a lot of stuff had to be redone increasing costs and the final payment was more to han I thought it should be
