The home buying team I had the pleasure of working with was professional, reachable and incredibly supportive. They really helped move things along and kept my home-buying experience stress free. I couldn't recommend a greater group of people. What really stood out to me was their ability to effectively communicate and explain the different parts of the process, ensuring I always understood where we were at and aware of what was going on.

Aimee, my loan Representative was the best! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. She calmed my nerves when the doubt set in! Im so Happy I followed thru and have moved. I feel like this home is diffently the move I needed to get past the last two years taking care of my father in Hospice and his death this last November. I don't think I would have followed thru it it wasn't for Aimee Hall, you should be proud to have a Representative that actually takes the time and care needed to understand a client that has been through so much and scared to make a move. Best home-buying experience I’ve ever had.
Team was great and very thorough, transparent and timely in their handling of our loan. We were engaged and wish they had mentioned that only the veteran could be on the deed, prior to marriage. This was only mentioned to us after we had gotten the clear to close, which caused us to renegotiate insurance as well, which increased our insurance rates. We also wish they had been available during closing, but we understand things happen. Overall we had a very good experience with them. Stephanie and Kayla are very kind, genuine people who truly care about their work and its impact.

They walked me through the entire process and broke it down barney style when I needed. Highly recommend i dont think it could be made more simple.
Loan officer was great to work with and very knowledgeable! Loan coordinator and concierge were reaching out constantly to see if I needed assistance!
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
I did my first home refinance with them. The whole process was confusing, but they were extremely upfront about all costs and explained everything so I could actually understand it. The other companies I talked to acted like used car salesmen and were shifty about costs; not Veterans United - they treated me like family from the start. 5/5 Dentists would recommend them.
