Previous experience was much better..Communication was terrible overall. Not well organized. Final closing cost were in question uo to 24 hours before closing. Incorrect mortgage document sent to closing. Not a good experience.

Our loan officer: Horace was great. Always kept us informed with accurate data and updated data as necessary. Super personality. He worked very well with myself and my wife. He presented options that were timely and never pressured us to add on any expensive add ons that we need not need or want. I would recommend him to any of my fellow veterans.

We have moved six times in the last 20 years. This has been by far the best experience we have ever had with a lender. Holly and her team were exceptional. When I decided to use my VA Loan, Scott Beasley was the representative who was assigned to me; he is great. From applying for the loan to closing, everything was so easy and flawless. If you called with a question he would return your call. He and his whole team are true professionals.
