Give them a 10 out of 10.! they both went out of their way to help me and I was very pleased with the work they did for me. on the other hand when I had to switch to get a VA rep when I was going to buy a property in New York year representative I think her name is Suzanne or Susan was the worst possible representative for your company that I’ve ever dealt with I would give her zero and if I had to work with someone like that again, I would never go to veterans United. she was a complete bitch and totally unprofessional.
