As this was my first home buying experience, I don't think I could have asked for a better loan officer. Alex was great. He was quick to answer all my questions and helped explain things in a different way to help me understand the process. I had a panic moment and Alex was able to talk me down. I had applied with Veterans United many years ago but my credit history was horrible. But when they called to tell me they couldn't do it they also told me what I needed to do to get there and I was able to build on my credit AND myself to get to this point.
