Kelly and her team exceeded our expectations with the level of communication thought the whole loan process from pre-approval to closing. Any time additional information was needed from us Kelly or her team members reached out. Any questions we had Kelly the team were a text, email or a phone call away. Always prompt and never having to guess what was next or what the timeline was.
The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!!
