The app makes communicating with all parties incredibly easy, and is simple but effective.
It appears to us that there wasn't very good coordination between team members and every time we got our to do list finished there would be several more added. It was very stressful. The closing was the longest we have ever endured and was confusing with the insurance.

Make things a little more clear
The communication was terrible. Not so much with Aaron but Jeremy was terrible. His communication was horrendous. We never got all the information when we needed to, and that caused delays more than a once. Not just us who thought this, the legal teams and the insurance representative all had the same complaints.
