This was my first home purchase and it was a VERY smooth process. I didn't think it would be this easy to get a house...but here we are. Matt Lucas and Kelsey Jasenowski were excellent at communicating during the whole process. 100000% recommend.
The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I found a great little place and my team really came through for me to make it mine!!!
Taylor is the absolute best! We would give her an 11/10 if we could. The whole team was great and worked with us through many different situations. Never lost hope!

Veterans United has been helpful from the beginning. After shopping around various lenders this one stood out to me better than the others. No spam text messages, No spam calls. They were very clear with what my options were and I believe they truly cared about the borrower's needs. One thing I would say they could improve is the communication between lender and borrower. Instead of having the borrower directly reach out to the lender, I would try to maybe schedule a call and give an overview about the offer you are receiving and things that may or may not change in your disclosure. I know the borrower can just call and request this information but as a courtesy to the borrower, I would have preferred a call because my disclosure changed numerous times .It would have been nice for the lender to call me about these things once in a while. Overall though, great experience. I would recommend to others.
