They answered every question I had from day one — they always had the answer. They were also always reachable by text and email, and I cannot emphasize enough how much of a relief that was for my already overwhelmed mind. Knowing they were just a text or email away to answer my concerns or doubts, and always in a timely manner, made all the difference.

David Smart is AMAZING! He was there for us from day 1, supporting us through the whole process. He is encouraging, but also a straight shooter. He gave us meaningful advice from the very first house we considered offering on, ran numbers for us, and checked in consistently. When we had hurdles throughout the underwriting process, he explained everything in a professional way and I knew I was working with someone with my best interest in mind. He’s very knowledgeable about the entire process. In my opinion, he also picked up the slack when other team members fell short, though he is very professional and would never speak ill of his coworkers. David is a 1000000/10!!
