Beth herself was kind and great aside from us just now knowing what was happening during our process. This was our first time buying a home and when we would ask questions we didn’t get much of a answer which left us stressed. When I asked what our mortgage would be I was told to Google a calculator to see. This isn’t the place for first timers. If I wanted to buy a house and didn’t have any questions THIS is your place!!!
My loan team was friendly, polite and professional. If there was any problems that would arise and there was, they gave me the time to get back on track and even offered suggestions.

I had the most interaction with Travis Crowley. He was very helpful, particularly when I was having issues with the UV portal. He also kept me updated throughout the loan process, and personally reached out to me to ensure I was tracking additional underwriting requests.
