If I had to do it again, I would avoid Veterans United like the plague. The communication is the worst possible. People wouldn’t answer the phones or call me back. They won’t respond to emails for over a day. Dan was my loan officer and he would argue with me. He was rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t care about his customers at all.This company will make you question your choice of buying a home. I would’ve changed companies and forfeited all moneys spent if I wasn’t as close to close as I was. If you’re a veteran or a civilian, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
