Ellis was really fantastic, in all honesty. This was my first rodeo at home buying and from day 1 he was phenomenal. Whenever l had questions, concerns, worries, needed an explanation, he was always there to assist me.
There were times l actually felt l was maybe being annoying or overwhelming him, but he never gave that impression at all. He made my experience greater than l could have asked for and eased a lot of the stress l was feeling throughout the process. Yeah, Ellis is the man and I’m so happy l got to work with him.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

Made things very simple.
Tony, Rachel and the rest of the team were top notch and on top of everything the whole time, I couldn’t ask for a better team to have handle the process from start to finish.
The loan process was non intuitive. There were about 40 pre actions thrown at us without explanation of their purpose unless we reached out to ask for an explanation.Our title was not completed properly, which will result in a financial burden on us to fix. After putting so much money towards a down payment, it is straining on us to fix the mistake. Additionally, $13,000 was spent for closing costs just to receive an incorrect title. It's a mess.I will be counseling my Soldiers to find a loan elsewhere if they ask me.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for one simple fact - James Browning. HE is why I give Veterans a 10. He is a very patient man, calm in demeaner. He was patient when I called and was confused and took the time to explain what I was asking about and would repeat it if necessary. He never acted like I was bothering him or annoying him. He answers his phone! I don't expect anyone to always be available but he was always quite available. 10 Stars plus!!!
