Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

The team was phenomenal. There were a lot of issues we ended up going through two houses and a title company from hell and Tim and Suzanne were just amazing!They stayed on top of everything. Their directions were clear and concise. They made everything easy. Their communication was timely if I ever sell this house and go to purchase another one I will 100% be asking for Tim and Suzanne. They are the ultimate dynamic duo!
