Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! For my 1st home refinance, this was a NIGHTMARE!!! And I'm not the Veteran, My Husband is. The added stress from this what should have been a slam dunk REFINANCE, UNACCEPTABLE for OUR VETERANS!!! From confusing phone calls, texts, submitting same documents more the 3 times, lied to about closing dates, even at closing the paperwork wasn't accurate! Get your shit together! Very DISAPPOINTED! Especially because of the name they use!!!

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
