The housing market in 2021 is very challenging. When I called Veterans United the first time I had a low hope to be approved for a mortgage loan amount that allows me to get the house I wanted. Jonathan was very professional, he understood my situation and did all that it takes to preapprove the amount I need to get the house. He was following up and kept me updated with any changes. I think making that call to veterans united was the best decision I made in 2021. Thank you all

Choosing Veteran's United Home Loans was an eye opening experience! From the Senior loan officer down to the Realtor, my loan process was easy! They were very helpful! They guided me through the whole process.I really appreciate everything they did! Thanks Veterans United!

We were first time home buyers trying to purchase property during one of the most difficult times to buy (Summer 2021) and the service and professionalism we received while working with Veterans United was simply outstanding. We felt supported through this entire process and felt as though they truly wanted what was best for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

You are all the best. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Great to work with.

I have already recommended Veterans United to some of my. Closes friends and family.
Knowing they were in good hands.

Morgan Reyelts Credit Consultant was the individual that helped me to get things in motion & though my anxiety did at times get the best of me she never left me hanging & that I appreciated more than she will ever know. The voice I came to look for was Tyler Stearman, my Loan Coordinator. He talked me through what was going to happen & things I need to do on my end. "Clear to Close!" was a breath of fresh air.I'm very grateful to all the individuals who took part to include those behind the scenes, in my home loan journey. Going from not knowing what my little family & I was going to do, to have a place of our very own!

Do not recommend Veterans United in any capacity. If I had the time to pursue other options, even after having signed an agreement, I would gladly have forfeited the $3,500 earnest money to look elsewhere for financing and realty service. I simply did not have the time and had to close with this situation, as bad as it was.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Jerome, thank you for being specific in sharing your feedback and for letting us know about your overall experience. A member of our Client Advocate team has attempted to reach you for help in continuously improving our service and discuss your concerns with the process. When property types or loan products change, all the fees and estimates will need to be updated and may result in overall changes or updates. We understand how the process of selecting the right property and loan for a VA home loan can sometimes lead to changes along the way, but clear and concise communication is key in these times. We are glad that in the end those issues were addressed and we hope you are able to enjoy your new home for years to come.
