Each step in the application, approval, and purchase process is methodically thought out and streamlined to require of you only the information necessary. Your data is stored in a central location on a client portal, and you can view the status of your purchase throughout the entire process to remain up to date.
Each of the team members we had were extremely proficient and timely when completing tasks and requests. Purchasing a home is a big process, however their diligent effort allows you to take manageable steps without feeling overwhelmed.

I’ve used Veterans United twice now and I plan on using them in the future as well due to how well the entire process seemed to flow with their assistance.
Dealing with VU was relatively easy, all from the comfort of your home/office. Challenges and uncertainties we had with VU were not seeing the VU staff, wondering the validity or reality of the business and/or staff. Offering zoom meets would have improved these uncertainties and improve the client connection experience. Perhaps looking to the future, establishing VU remote locations throughout the States not only offers more staff availability but perhaps locations some clients may be willing or able to do business in person.
For example, USAA is primarily an online bank but does have a few remote locations that clients can access in person if they choose. This is a nice option to offer.
